Carolyn Butcher - Our Founder

Carolyn has served organizational leaders and teams over the past 19 years as a coach, trainer, project manager, sales and business systems consultant, and director of sales and client services.  For ten years she worked for McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 18 (Global 50) health care services and technology business.

Carolyn has managed mission critical projects, designed and delivered programs ranging from systems training and implementations to leadership and sales process coaching to business process outsourcing services to team and market communications. 

Carolyn received a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resources Development from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Carolyn graduated from the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University and is a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.  Carolyn is also qualified as a Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages.

Carolyn’s practice is principled and centered on the values of creativity, community, communication, connection, and love of the entrepreneurial spirit.  Carolyn’s home base is in Washington, DC.
