About Carolyn...

Carolyn believes inspired leaders have a clear sense of who they are, where they are headed and why they are destined to move in that very direction. Carolyn believes introspective and reflective practices like coaching are critical for leaders today to sense into and lead effectively in an ever-changing and fast-moving world. 

Carolyn has extensive experience working with business owners and leaders to envision business growth (entrepreneurial start-up to Fortune 50), develop talent, and grow personally through a deep exploration of what’s possible and where the potential really lies.

Carolyn received a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.  Carolyn graduated from the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University and is a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. 

Carolyn is also certified as a teacher of English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) and on several talent assessment methodologies, including Myers-Briggs Type® and the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator®.
